Field Notes
Gib Hill is a Neolithic burial mound in the Derbyshire Peak District not far from the Arbor Low Henge. Gib Hill was one of the first sites to become protected under the Ancient Monuments Act of 1882 with posts bearing the then Queen’s initials marking out the protected area.
