At the furtherest point of the Outer Hebrides archipelago lies the Butt of Lewis.  An isolated spot on an isolated island on what feels at times as the edge of world, as the next stop west is North America.

 

With poor light and stormy seas I opted to use a filter to slow the action down to create this photograph.
