I went for a walk last week from Ashford in the Water in the Wye Valley over to Monsal Head and back round to Ashford in the Water via Monsal Dale last week.  As ever the Peak District weather was never quite settled as to whether it was going to rain or not.  In the end it didn’t, but on the walk to Monsal Head, there were some very angry skies at times.

On my way, I couldn’t help but take a photograph of this Barn above Monsal Dale, complete with billowing crops and a slightly angry sky.
